Use the NocoDB node to read and write records and manage workspace, base, table, field, view, webhook, link, and comment metadata. It uses the v3 REST API. Add the node to a workflow, select an operation, and connect an API token. NocoDB node in the NoClick workflow canvas

Credentials

Create a NocoDB API token in Account settings → API Tokens. Scope it to the bases this workflow needs and grant the necessary read or write permissions. In the NoClick credential form, paste the token and enter the HTTPS origin of your NocoDB Cloud or self-hosted instance (default: https://app.nocodb.com). NocoDB uses the xc-token header for API token authentication; this integration does not require an OAuth app.

Record payloads

Record create, update, and delete operations accept a JSON object for one record or an array for a batch. Examples:
The Upsert Records operation takes the NocoDB v3 upsert body, including fieldsToMergeOn and records. List operations accept NocoDB filter and sort expressions. pageSize and page control pagination.

Limits and permissions

NocoDB Cloud plan limits and token scopes can restrict individual operations. A token may successfully list a workspace yet receive 403 on record writes or metadata changes if those permissions are not granted. NocoDB documents a v3 REST rate limit of five requests per second; a 429 response includes a retry window. The node returns status, response data or error, HTTP status, and request timing for each action. NocoDB API reference
